Brent Benge is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of KennMar. His belief that development and redevelopment projects should serve the community, coupled with his passion for creating spaces that bring people together, have resulted in the company being ranked among the top commercial property developers in Indianapolis.
Brent’s background in investment management began immediately after his college graduation. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has become an expert in his field and an advocate for community revitalization throughout Central Indiana.
Having assembled a group of professionals that share his vision, Brent and his team aim to inspire people, bring neglected spaces back to life, and invest in areas that can have the greatest positive impact.
