Jim Nommay
Controller
Jim Nommay joined KennMar in May 2019 as Controller. In this role, Jim is responsible for managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial recordkeeping. He also plays a critical role in the development of formal accounting policies and the management of budgets and reporting.
Prior to joining KennMar, Jim served as Controller for Green Square Design/Construct where he was responsible for accounting for a number of family-owned businesses and implementing cost accounting, financial controls, and budgets.
Jim brings extensive experience in accounting and finance to the team and has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate; retail, wholesale, and import/export.
