Grassy Branch Marketplace

KennMar acquired 13 acres at a prominent intersection in Westfield, IN. An existing 30-year-old building in this area was structurally sound, so KennMar designed the new development around its footprint and renovated the building to include medical office space and a Planet Fitness gym. The rest of the land was developed to include several retail uses, a childcare facility, and restaurants.

KennMar added new roads and utilities to the area, along with a retention pond, and negotiated with businesses to bring them into the development.
