Lebanon Gateway Marketplace

KennMar acquired 25 acres at the high-profile interchange that leads into the City of Lebanon, IN. At the time of acquisition, the land contained three buildings that had served as manufacturing and storage facilities for nearly 50 years and needed to be demolished. KennMar worked with the local government and environmental agencies to safely demolish the buildings and to resolve environmental contamination at the site.

This project revitalized the area with new restaurants, hotels, and other businesses, along with new infrastructure to support traffic flow.
