KennMar acquired 20 acres at the gateway into the Town of Speedway and worked with town leadership to develop a project that would be the largest new mixed-use development in Speedway in more than 20 years.

To bring this vision to life, the development team had to work with town officials to secure new road access, build new roads, raise nearly 50% of the land out of the floodplain, and demolish a 30-year-old troubled hotel. New utilities and a new retention pond were added to the area, as well.
